进行了工厂化生产杏鲍菇的出菇培养基质及子实体的安全性成分含量检测和分析,结果表明,杏鲍菇培养基用的水各项指标检测全部合格,符合GB 5749-2006生活饮用水的卫生标准要求;杏鲍菇出菇基质经检测符合NY/T 391-2000中旱田土壤各项污染物指标的要求;杏鲍菇子实体质量和各种成分含量符合NY/T 749-2003绿色食品标准要求。
