分析了专用性人力资本促进企业创新的机理,并且利用2012-2013年制造业上市公司数据进行了验证,结果显示:专用性人力资本与企业创新投入、企业创新产出之间均存在着显著的正相关关系。进一步的研究显示:通过赋予专用性人力资本股权的方式可以激励专用性人力资本创新效能的发挥;而监督机制的使用并不能促进专用性人力资本创新效能。
The paper analyzes the mechanism of private human capital to promote enterprise innovation and verifies the data of manufacturing listed companies from 2012 to 2013. The results show that there is significant difference between private human capital and firm innovation input and firm innovation output Positive relationship. Further research shows that the innovation of dedicated human capital can be motivated by granting special equity of human capital, and the use of supervisory mechanism can not promote the innovation efficiency of dedicated human capital.
