在核燃料废水处理、环境保护、卫生保健及科学研究中需要测定微量铀。测定微量铀的方法有中子活化分析,萤光法、α-计数法、径迹蚀刻计数法、光褪色催化效应法、催化极谱法等。它们大都灵敏度较高,但需要复杂的设备和技术。我们参照用二支铀离子选择电极进行示差测定微量铀的方法的研究,拟定了一个分析微量铀的快速简便方法。实验 1.仪器及设备:电极:自制,斜率52毫伏/pUO_2~(2+),线性范围1×10~(-4)M—2×10~(-6)M。
Determination of trace amounts of uranium in nuclear fuel waste water treatment, environmental protection, health care and scientific research. Methods for the determination of trace uranium neutron activation analysis, fluorescence method, α-counting method, track etching counting method, light fading catalytic effect, catalytic polarography. Most of them are more sensitive but require sophisticated equipment and techniques. With reference to the study of the differential determination of trace uranium by two uranium ion selective electrodes, a quick and easy method for the analysis of trace uranium has been developed. Experiment 1. Instruments and Equipment: Electrodes: Self-made, with a slope of 52 mV / pUO 2 2+ and a linear range of 1 × 10 -4 M -2 × 10 -6 M.
