High efficiency and high reliability are the development trend of modern construction machinery. As the market share of tire-type lumber loader, the product with significantly higher work efficiency is favored by loader manufacturing enterprises. The general idea of loader design is introduced. Based on the market research and practical application, several structural optimization measures are put forward. The interference problems which are easy to appear in several designs are listed, which provide reference for designers.
