为开发利用砂姜黑土,从1981—1983年我们对新蔡县棠村、余店、化庄乡的砂姜黑土进行了微量元素含量的分析。对土壤有效锌、锰、镁、铁、钙采用DTPA法;有效硼采用热水溶法,姜黄素比色法分析结果:土壤含全锌123.8—217.8ppm,有效锌0.32-0.50ppm;全锰475—965ppm,有效锰6.40-9.40ppm;全镁0.56-0.92%,有效镁480—700ppm:全铁2.93-3.68%,有效铁5.04-10.40ppm;全钙0.93—1.13%,有效钙0.27—0.40
In order to develop and utilize the Shajiang black soil, from 1981 to 1983, we analyzed the content of trace elements in Shajiang black soil in Tongcun, Yudian and Huazhuang Township, Xincai County. DTPA method was used for the effective zinc, manganese, magnesium, iron and calcium in the soil; the effective boron was dissolved in hot water, and the results of curcumin colorimetric analysis were as follows: soil contained total zinc 123.8-217.8ppm, available zinc 0.32-0.50ppm; -965ppm, effective manganese 6.40-9.40ppm; whole magnesium 0.56-0.92%, effective magnesium 480-700ppm: whole iron 2.93-3.68%, available iron 5.04-10.40ppm; whole calcium 0.93-1.13%, available calcium 0.27-0.40
