“中国创造”在转变中国纺织服装行业价值创造方式的同时,也在转变着这个传统行业的人力资源观念。以科技创新和品牌创新为核心的产业升级,把人才开发和人力储备的问题提上了纺织服装行业的议事日程,人力资源正在成为产业升级新的核心动力之一。为此,我们执意在本次盘点中特别加入“人力蓄势”部分,旨在进一步促进行业人才意识的提升,为产业发展积蓄思想能量。而当我们从行业协会的方向指引、服务平台的数据分析、典型企业的人力动态三个不同层面去考察整个行业人力资源发展现状时,我们看到的,也是一种蓄势待发的势态。
“Made in China ” While changing the value creation mode of China’s textile and clothing industry, it is also transforming the concept of human resources in this traditional industry. Industrial upgrading centered on scientific and technological innovation and brand innovation put the issue of talent development and manpower reserve on the agenda of the textile and apparel industry, and human resources are becoming one of the core drivers of industrial upgrading. To this end, we insist on this inventory in particular to join the “manpower” part, to further promote the industry awareness of personnel to accumulate ideas for the industrial development energy. However, when we look at the status quo of human resource development in the entire industry from three aspects: the direction of industry associations, the data analysis of service platforms and the human dynamics of typical enterprises, we can see that it is also a situation that is ready to go.
