按日本学者柴田方法,从吉林人参的芦头中分离出9种人参甙单体,分别暂命名为人参芦头甙RA、RB、RC_1、RC_2、RD_1、RD_2、RE_1、RE_2及RE_3。9种单体与人参甙标准品对照,其中RA与Ro、RB与Rb_1、RC_1与Rc、RC_2与Rb_2、RD_1与Re、RE_1与Rg_2、RE_2与Rg_1一致。另外两种RD_2及RE_3正在鉴定中。人参芦头甙RA:无色针状结晶,mp>230℃(分解),[α]_D~(20)+3.4°(C=0.438 MeOH)。IR:v_(max)~(KBr)cm~(-1),3400(OH),1740(COOR),1720(COOH),1620(C=C)。上述数据及TLC的R_f值与人参甙Ro
According to the method of Japanese scholar Shibata, nine kinds of ginsenosides were isolated from the top of Jilin ginseng, and they were temporarily named RA, RB, RC_1, RC_2, RD_1, RD_2, RE_1, RE_2, and RE_3. The monomer was compared with the ginseng standard, in which RA and Ro, RB and Rb_1, RC_1 and Rc, RC_2 and Rb_2, RD_1 and Re, RE_1 were consistent with Rg_2, RE_2 and Rg_1.
