目的 探讨DF Ⅰ型消毒洗涤剂的杀菌作用。方法 用含 5 0、75、10 0mg/L有效消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌分别作用 5、3、10min ,观察小牛血清对杀菌作用影响 ;取使用浓度消毒液室温 ( 18~ 3 2℃ )放置 ,用碘量法测定有效碘含量 ,计算有效碘降解率。结果 重复实验证明 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌平均杀灭率均达 99 90 % ,有效碘含量为 10 0mg/L的水溶液 ,作用 10min ,对大肠杆菌平均杀灭率达 10 0 %。原液室温放置 6个月 ,有效碘含量下降 9 41%。结论 DF Ⅰ型消毒洗涤剂对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌有较强杀灭作用 ,杀菌作用随有效碘含量与作用时间增加而加强 ,随有机物增多而减弱 ,室温放置 6个月 ,有效碘含量下降≤ 9 41%。
Objective To investigate the bactericidal effect of DF Ⅰ disinfectant. Methods Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were treated with 50, 75 and 10 mg / L of effective disinfectant for 5, 3 and 10 min, respectively. After 6 months of storage, the effective iodine content Decline ≤ 9 41%.
