目的:建立气血宁口服液的高效液相指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent HCC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:0.05%磷酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 m L/min;检测波长随时间依时间变化设定,依次为313、258、250、277、230、321、255、350 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL;检测时间90 min。结果:确定了15个共有峰,12批样品指纹图谱的相似度均在0.93以上,指认了芍药苷、阿魏酸2个特征峰,并对其余各共有峰进行了药材归属鉴定。结论:该方法准确、精密度高、重复性好,为气血宁口服液的质量控制提供了更全面的信息指标。
Objective: To establish a method for the HPLC fingerprint analysis of Quxuening Oral Liquid. Methods: The HPLC method was adopted. The column was Agilent HCC18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.05% phosphoric acid solution in acetonitrile gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. Set, followed by 313,258,250,277,230,321,255,350 nm; column temperature: 25 ℃; injection volume: 10μL; detection time 90 min. Results: The 15 common peaks were identified. The similarity of 12 fingerprints of the 12 batches of samples was above 0.93. Two characteristic peaks of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid were identified, and the identity of the other common peaks was identified. Conclusion: The method is accurate, accurate and reproducible. It provides a more comprehensive information index for the quality control of qiuxuening oral liquid.
