目的:探究3种中药成分对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶活性的的影响。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林酯酶体外培养体系中阿司匹林(ASA)和水杨酸(SA)的浓度,以CSA/(CASA+CSA)反映阿司匹林酯酶的活性。通过空白对照组和添加中药成分的实验组间阿司匹林酯酶活性的变化来分析3种中药成分对阿司匹林酯酶活性的影响。结果:3种中药成分对人血浆阿司匹林酯酶的活性影响不大,与阿司匹林合用时不会影响阿司匹林的代谢速度。结论:3种中药成分与阿司匹林合用时不会引起代谢性相互作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine components on the plasma aspirin esterase activity. Methods: The concentrations of aspirin (ASA) and salicylic acid (SA) in aspirin esterase in vitro were determined by HPLC. The activity of aspirin esterase was detected by CSA / (CASA + CSA). Through the change of aspirin esterase activity between the blank control group and the experimental group which added the traditional Chinese medicine, the effects of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine components on the esterase esterase activity were analyzed. Results: The three traditional Chinese medicines had little effect on the activity of human plasma aspirin esterase, and the combination of aspirin and aspirin did not affect the metabolic rate of aspirin. Conclusion: The combination of three Chinese medicines with aspirin does not cause metabolic interactions.
