幼儿园课程是儿童在多样化的活动中获得的经验,既包括儿童在正规教学活动中获得的系统的学科知识,也包括儿童在生活中获得的各种经验。挖掘儿童生活中隐含的教育价值,创造性地开展教育活动,是幼儿园教师应承担的一项重要任务。在日常生活中,幼儿园教师一般以儿童的生活事件为主题随机生成课程,或为儿童自主学习提供多种环境支持。幼儿园教师自主课程决策具有“即时”和“常规”的特征,需要具有自主的权力空间,同时受到教师信念和经验的影响。
Kindergarten classes are children’s experience gained in diverse activities, including both systematic and disciplinary knowledge gained by children in formal instructional activities and experiences gained by children in their lives. To tap the hidden value of education in children’s life and creatively carry out educational activities is an important task kindergarten teachers should shoulder. In daily life, kindergarten teachers usually generate lessons randomly based on children’s life events or provide various environmental support for children’s self-learning. Kindergarten teacher independent curriculum decision-making has the characteristics of “instant ” and “conventional ”, which requires the space of autonomy and the influence of teachers’ beliefs and experiences.
