介绍了一种新型改质水泥防水剂的配方范围、工艺流程及技术原理，并用该释稀后的防水剂代替混凝土的用水，制成试件，对混凝土的常规机械性能进行了测试。试验结果表明：该防水剂不仅使 Ｃ３０ 混凝土防渗标号达到 Ｓ１０ ，抗压强度提高 ３０ ％ 左右，还使其水泥的抗压强度提高１５ ％ 左右。同时提高了 Ｃ３０ 混凝土的抗劈裂性能和抗冻融性能。
The formula range, process flow and technical principle of a new type of modified cement waterproofing agent were introduced. The diluted water-repellent agent was used instead of concrete to make test pieces, and the conventional mechanical properties of the concrete were tested. The test results show that the waterproofing agent not only makes the C30 concrete anti-seepage label reach S10, the compressive strength is increased by about 30%, but also the compressive strength of the cement is increased by about 15%. At the same time, the C30 concrete’s crack resistance and freeze-thaw resistance are improved.
