要得到较高质量的磷化膜,则必须加强前处理工作。本文详细讨论了强酸、强碱对磷化处理的不利因素,研究了磷化前各种表面活化方法对磷化膜重量、显微结构与防护性的影响。试验表明,强酸、强碱处理后磷化,其膜结晶粒度大而厚、孔隙率高、防护能力差,用来涂漆更是不适应。为提高磷化膜质量,磷化前的表面调整是不可缺少的。
To get a higher quality phosphate film, you must step up pre-treatment work. In this paper, the unfavorable factors of phosphating with strong acids and bases were discussed in detail. The effects of various surface activation methods before phosphating on the weight, microstructure and protective properties of phosphating films were studied. Experiments show that strong acid, alkali treatment after phosphating, the crystal grain size large and thick, high porosity, poor protection, used to paint is not suited. In order to improve the quality of phosphating film, the surface adjustment before phosphating is indispensable.
