目的:进一步探讨米索前列醇适宜的引产药物剂量.方法:将临床采用米索前列醇引产的足月妊娠孕妇98例分为两组,A组48例予米索50ug阴道后穹窿置入, B组50例予米索25ug阴道后穹窿

目的:进一步探讨米索前列醇适宜的引产药物剂量.方法:将临床采用米索前列醇引产的足月妊娠孕妇98例分为两组,A组48例予米索50ug阴道后穹窿置入, B组50例予米索25ug阴道后穹窿置入,每4h一次,最多不超过三次,观察其引产效果.结果:两组宫缩发动时间、总产程无显著差异,B组宫缩过频,胎儿窘迫,羊水粪染及其产后出血率的发生较A组低,引产成功率高.结论:足月妊娠的孕妇采用米索 25ug阴道后穹窿置入引产比采用50ug引产更适宜、更安全,副作用小.
