通过开展思想政治工作,提高医务工作者的思想道德素质和技术服务水平,是建立良好医患关系的必然要求,是构建和谐医院的必经之路。本文以本单位工作实践,对“和谐型”政工体系建设进行探索。
To carry out ideological and political work and improve the ideological and moral qualities and technical service level of medical workers are the necessary requirements for establishing a good doctor-patient relationship and the only way to build a harmonious hospital. Based on the work practice of this unit, this paper explores the construction of “harmonious” political system.
