某工程底层、二层为现浇框架,上部4层为混合结构的商住楼,结构局部平面如图1(其中(?)轴上部有混合结构),底层层高5m,二层层高4.5m,作商业用房,上部4层层高3m,为住宅,总建筑面积6100m~2。该工程框架梁采用C20混凝土,截面尺寸为350mm×850mm,二层顶框架梁浇筑完成后,由于工期较紧,经过几天养护,就开始三层墙体砌筑,浇筑三层圈梁,接下来拆除二层顶框架梁侧模,在拆除侧模后,发现有两榀框架梁底部混凝土疏松,疏松高度最高达300mm,范围涉及全长,并在梁柱交接处有较大孔洞。因而停工检查,经建设单位、质量监督站、施工单位、设计单位现
The bottom layer and the second floor of a project are cast-in-place frames, and the upper four floors are mixed commercial and residential buildings. The partial plane of the structure is shown in Figure 1 (where there is a mixed structure at the upper part of the shaft), the bottom floor is 5m high, and the second floor is 4.5. m, for commercial use, the upper four floors are 3m high and are residential buildings with a total construction area of 6,100m2. The project frame beam adopts C20 concrete with a cross-section size of 350mm×850mm. After the completion of the pouring of the two-story top frame beam, due to tight schedule, after several days of maintenance, the three-layer wall is masonry, and the three-layer ring beam is poured. After dismantling the side molds of the two-story top frame beam, after removing the side molds, it was found that there were two concrete beams at the bottom of the frame beams that were loose at a height of up to 300 mm. The range involved a full length, and there were large holes at the joints of the beams and columns. As a result, the work stoppages were inspected by the construction unit, quality supervision station, construction unit, and design unit.
