随着我国铝工业的迅速发展,铝电解槽的容量也在逐渐加大。现在我国已在试验13.5万安培的大型预焙电解槽,不久即将兴建这种电解槽的生产系列。但是,在采用大容量电解槽进行生产时,必须考虑槽里铝液中的磁场与力场问题,特别是对10万安培以上的大型槽子,如不给予应有的重视和采取必要的措施,就会使槽中铝液产生凸起和强烈的循环,结果是正常生产遭到破坏,铝液在电解质中的溶解速度加快,电解生产中的电流效率与电能效率指标变坏。为在铝工业中消除或减轻这种不良影响,本文对铝电解过程中的磁场与力场问题,作一粗浅讨论。
With the rapid development of China’s aluminum industry, the capacity of aluminum cells is also gradually increased. Now that China is testing a large pre-baking electrolyzer with a capacity of 135,000 amperes, it is not long before the production line for this type of electrolyzer is to be built. However, when using a large-capacity electrolytic cell for production, the magnetic field and force field in the molten aluminum in the tank must be taken into consideration. Especially for a large-sized tank of 100,000 amperes or more, if proper attention is not given and necessary measures are taken, The molten aluminum in the tank will be raised and strongly circulated. As a result, the normal production is destroyed, the dissolution speed of the aluminum liquid in the electrolyte is accelerated, and the current efficiency and the energy efficiency index in electrolytic production are deteriorated. In order to eliminate or mitigate this adverse effect in the aluminum industry, this paper makes a brief discussion on the magnetic field and force field in the process of aluminum electrolysis.
