应用数值模拟方法对用于生产的集束射流氧枪的射流流场进行了计算分析。比较了集束射流与传统超音速射流的特性,讨论了结构参数变化对氧枪射流特性的影响,从实际运行角度指出由于磨损造成的结构破坏对氧枪射流的影响。
The jet flow field of the cluster jet lance used in the production was calculated by numerical simulation. The characteristics of cluster jet and conventional supersonic jet were compared. The influence of structural parameters on the jet lag flow characteristics was discussed. The effect of structural failure on lance jet lag due to wear was pointed out from the practical point of view.
