本文论述了聚晶金刚石复合片钻头的感应扭转和侧向振动下的动态稳定性。通过使用下述三个简单的机械系统,研究了动态稳定性:1.钻柱扭转振动;2.钻头侧向振动;3.钻头与钻柱总成的耦合扭转和侧向振动。对每个系统,都确定了系统动态稳定的转速/钻压的定义域。通过研究各种钻柱和钻头参数对转速/钻压曲线图上稳定区大小的影响,研究了它们对钻头运动稳定性的影响。这些都有力地说明了用稳定性方法对影响钻头稳定性的主要参数可提供极其有价值的定性资料。
This paper discusses the dynamic stability of polycrystalline diamond compact bits induced by induced torsion and lateral vibration. Dynamic stability was investigated by using the following three simple mechanical systems: 1. Drill string torsional vibration; 2. Drill side vibration; 3. Coupling twist and lateral vibration of bit and drill string assembly. For each system, the system defines the dynamic speed / weight-on-drill domain. By studying the influence of various drill string and drill parameters on the size of stability zone on the speed / weight-pressure curve, the influence of them on the stability of drill bit was studied. All of these provide a powerful indication that using the stability method to provide the most valuable qualitative information on the main parameters that affect drill bit stability.
