金属的钝化现象有利于金属的抗腐蚀,通过电化学阳极极化,有可能使金属发生电化学钝化,提高其抗腐蚀性能。奥氏体不锈钢在多种环境中体现出良好的耐腐蚀性能,研究发现,经过电化学阳极极化至2 V后,304奥氏体不锈钢在含硝酸和草酸等不同溶液中的开路电位明显上升(表1)。说明电化学极化作用能有效提高不锈钢的腐蚀电位,降低其腐蚀倾向,有利于增强其耐腐蚀性能。
Passivation of metals is conducive to the corrosion resistance of the metal, the electrochemical polarization of the anode, it is possible to electrochemical deactivation of the metal to improve its corrosion resistance. Austenitic stainless steel shows good corrosion resistance in a variety of environments. It was found that the open circuit potential of 304 austenitic stainless steel in different solutions containing nitric acid and oxalic acid increased significantly after anodic polarization to 2 V (Table 1). Electrochemical polarization can effectively improve the corrosion potential of stainless steel to reduce its corrosion tendency, is conducive to enhancing its corrosion resistance.
