将Fe_3O_4与PVA复合制备成Fe_3O_4/PVA磁性复合膜。借助扫描电子显微镜、自制磁致变形测量设备、古埃磁天平等探讨了自然干燥、冷冻后自然干燥、自然干燥后放入酒精干燥、冷冻后放入酒精干燥4种干燥方式对Fe_3O_4/PVA磁性复合膜的表面形貌、磁致变形和磁化率的影响。结果表明,冷冻后放入酒精干燥得到的复合膜的表面更光滑,磁化率更高,其磁致变形性能表现为先大后小,曲线平缓,阀值较高。
The composite Fe_3O_4 / PVA composite prepared by Fe_3O_4 and PVA.
