目的调查溴虫腈饵剂防治黄胸散白蚁的效果,为黄胸散白蚁的防治提供新技术手段。方法室内利用滤纸饵剂和纤维素饵剂测定溴虫腈对黄胸散白蚁的毒效,现场试验采用白蚁监测控制装置与溴虫腈饵剂相结合的方法测定溴虫腈饵剂对黄胸散白蚁的灭杀效果;利用SPSS 20.0软件对黄胸散白蚁工蚁死亡率和取食滤纸片的量进行方差分析。结果在31.25~500.00 mg/L的供试浓度下,溴虫腈对黄胸散白蚁具有良好的毒杀效果;选择取食条件下,供试的黄胸散白蚁工蚁在7~8 d内全部死亡。在相同时间内,黄胸散白蚁工蚁取食500.00 mg/L溴虫腈处理的滤纸片的量仅为蒸馏水处理的滤纸片的81.31%。野外条件下,0.05%溴虫腈饵剂对黄胸散白蚁巢群具有良好的灭杀效果,平均取食44.6 g饵剂后均在30~122 d内死亡。结论 0.05%溴虫腈饵剂可有效地防治黄胸散白蚁巢群,应在生产中进一步验证后推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fipronil bait on controlling yellow termites and provide new techniques for the prevention and treatment of yellow thorax termite. Methods Indoor filter paper bait and cellulose baits were used to determine the toxicity of fipronil to termites. The field test was conducted to determine the effect of fipronil bait on yellow thorax Termite termites; the SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the variance of death rate and the amount of filter paper attached to yellow termites. Results Under the test concentration of 31.25 ~ 500.00 mg / L, chlorfenapyr had a good toxic effect on Termite yellow termites. Under selected feeding conditions, the test workers were all within 7-8 days death. At the same time, the amount of filter paper treated with 500.00 mg / L chlorfenapyr was only 81.31% of the distilled water treated filter paper. Under field conditions, 0.05% chlorfenapyr baits had a good killing effect on the yellow-tailed termites nest population, with an average of 44.6 g baits, all within 30 ~ 122 d died. Conclusion 0.05% chlorfenapyr bait can effectively prevent and control yellow nest white termite nests, which should be further verified in production and popularized.
