软腭或硬腭后缘的肿瘤术后所致软腭部分或全部缺损，常导致局部畸形和语言、吞咽功能障碍。软腭缺损整复即应用邻近带蒂组织瓣的移位或远位游离组织瓣的移植来恢复软腭的外形和功能。随着显微外科在口腔颌面部的应用以及整复学的介入，软腭缺损整复呈现出一种精细化趋势，作者就软腭缺损整复方法和进展进行了回顾。
Soft palate or posterior edge of the soft palate tumor caused by partial or complete soft palate defects, often lead to local deformities and language, swallowing dysfunction. Soft palate defect repair that the application of adjacent pedicle tissue flap displacement or distal free tissue flap transplantation to restore the shape and function of the soft palate. With the application of microsurgery in oral and maxillofacial region and the intervention of whole-body surgery, the defect of soft-palate defect shows a tendency of refinement. The author reviews the method and progress of soft-palate defect reconstruction.
