对我院近3年来收治的糖尿病并发脑血管病15例患者作一分析。1临床资料本组15例患者，男性8例，女性7例，年龄48－76岁，平均62岁。Ⅰ型糖尿病5例，Ⅱ型糖尿病10例。糖尿病病程2－5年2例，5－10年6例，10年以上5例，患脑血管病后查出有糖尿病2例。伴高血压者7人，伴高血脂症者9
