一、从教师与学生的关系看,新课程要求教师应该是学生学习的促进者教师即促进者,指教师从过去仅作为知识传授这一核心角色中解放出来,促进以学习能力为重心的学生整个个性的和谐,健康发展。教师即学生学习的促进者是教师最明显、最直接、最富时代性的角色特征。其内涵主要包括以下两个方面:1.教师是学生学习能力的培养者。强调能力培养的重要性。首先,现代科学知识量多且发展快,教师要在短短的几年学校教育时间里把所教学科与全部知识传授给学生已不可能,而且也没有这个必要,教师作为知识传授者的传统地位被动摇了。其次,教师作为学生唯一知识源的地位已经动摇。学生获得知识信息的渠道多样化了,不再是只传授现代的教科书上的知识,而是要指导学生懂得如何获取自己所需要的
