妊娠期甲状腺功能减退(甲减)包括临床甲减、亚临床甲减和妊娠期单纯性低甲状腺素(T4)血症。妊娠期甲减的诊断标准存在争议,制定适合我国妊娠期妇女血清促甲状腺素参考上限对于及时纠正妊娠妇女的亚临床甲减具有重要意义。妊娠期甲减对母体和胎儿均有不利影响,临床需及时诊断和干预。本文简要综述妊娠期甲减的诊断及治疗进展。
Hypothyroidism during pregnancy (hypothyroidism) includes clinical hypothyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism and gestational simple hypothyroidism (T4) hyperlipidemia. The diagnostic criteria for hypothyroidism during pregnancy are controversial. It is of great significance to formulate a serum thyrotropin reference limit suitable for pregnant women in China for timely correction of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnant women. Hypothyroidism during pregnancy have adverse effects on both maternal and fetal, clinical diagnosis and intervention required timely. This article briefly reviews the diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
