高频腔体在回旋加速器中为粒子加速提供能量,腔体的稳定性直接影响着整个系统的稳定性。一个高品质的高频腔体可以降低高频系统的功率损耗,减小水冷却系统的压力。高品质的高频腔体首先需要有一个良好的设计,在高频腔体加工完成后,高频腔体的安装与调试是工程实践中保证腔体性能的重要环节。应用于100 MeV强流质子回旋加速器的高频腔体采用无氧铜材料加工而成,总体高度约为1.3 m,径向长约2 m,腔体外壳采用3 mm厚的无氧铜板材焊
