青藏高原地区气候环境恶劣,常年处于低温大温差状态,且日照强烈,恶劣的气候条件下传统的预应力孔道压浆工艺和养护措施已经无法保证预制箱梁的压浆质量,出现了沿波纹管开裂、渗水、析白等的病害现象,对箱梁的耐久性产生很大影响。本文从病害现象分析其原因,并结合高原桥梁的咨询经验,对传统的压浆工艺和养护措施进行优化和改进,提出切实可行的防治措施,为类似地区后张法预制箱梁施工提供参考依据。
The climate environment in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is bad, perennial is in the state of low temperature and large temperature difference, and the traditional prestressed pore pressure grouting process and curing measures under strong sunshine and harsh climates can not guarantee the grouting quality of the prefabricated box girder. Cracking, water seepage, white analysis of the disease phenomenon, the durability of the box have a significant impact. Based on the analysis of the disease phenomenon and the consulting experience of the bridge in the plateau, this paper optimizes and improves the traditional grouting process and curing measures, puts forward practical control measures, and provides reference for the construction of prefabricated box girders in similar areas .
