利用不同剂量γ射线对不同种源的国产狗牙根进行处理。分析结果表明:1从种的水平上,狗牙根匍匐茎γ射线的半致死剂量为9000rads。2不同种源对不同剂量γ射线反应不同,处理后所有种源节间变细,但幅度不同,在6.7%~26.7%之间,高剂量处理使狗牙根节间缩短6.1%~26.5%,叶片变短21.8%~52.1%,但在叶宽性状上变异方向不一,其变幅为-15.4%~11.8%。低剂量处理对不同种源产生反应不同,变异方向也不一致。说明高剂量处理对狗牙根数量性状能够产生较稳定的理想的变异。在色泽变异上,不同剂量处理下只有8.3%的种源茎色由绿变红。低剂量处理下,50.0%的种源叶色变深,而高剂量处理下,只有40.0%的种源叶色变深。
Different doses of γ-rays were used to treat domestic bermudagrass from different provenances. The results showed that: 1 from the species level, bermudagrass stalks γ-ray semi-lethal dose of 9000rads. The response of different provenances to different doses of γ-rays was different. After treatment, all provenances internodes became thinner, but with different amplitudes, ranging from 6.7% to 26.7%. High dose treatment shortened the ratio of DGZ to 6.1% to 26.5% Leaf blade shortened 21.8% ~ 52.1%, but leaf width traits vary in different directions, its amplitude ranged from -15.4% to 11.8%. Low-dose treatments have different responses to different provenances, with different directions of variation. Indicating that high-dose treatment of bermudagrass quantitative traits can produce more stable and ideal variation. In the color variation, only 8.3% of the provenance stem color changed from green to red under different dosage treatments. Under low dose treatment, 50.0% of the provenances had darker leaf color, while only 40.0% of the darker ones under high dose treatment.
