1.临床资料 患者:史×,女,17岁,东北师大附中学生.于1985年2月8日因上颌前牙缺损要求治疗.检查(?)近远中领面深层龋,牙髓坏死,探诊,阴性;叩诊,阴性;牙根已形成漏孔.其中(?)破坏范围已波及近中切角.临床诊断:①(?)慢性根尖周围炎.②牙作不同程度缺损.治疗方案;①(?)行根管治疗术;②应用EB型复合树脂粘贴塑料牙面,以弥补牙体大面积缺损.材料和方法:首先进行(?)根管治疗手术,治疗结束后观察,无反应,应用EB型复合树脂(晨光高分子制药厂出品)粘贴塑料牙面.
