如果说购物是广大群众生活的必须,那购物中心就是这一生活必须不可或缺的承载。特别是一、二线大中型城市,购物中心不仅成为市民获取生活必需品的渠道,更成为大家衣食休闲的便捷场所,足不出市,就能亲身体验各地美食和休闲娱乐。然而,正如所有行业市场都存在竞争饱和的现象一样,购物中心的市场竞争也越来越激烈,如何使顾客和零售商持续信任并始终支持,成为购物中心发展繁荣的关键
If shopping is necessary for the general public life, then that shopping center is an indispensable bearing of this life. In particular, the first- and second-tier large and medium-sized cities and shopping centers have not only become the channels through which citizens can obtain necessities of life, but also become convenient places for people to enjoy their food, clothing and leisure. Without leaving the market, they can experience food and entertainment all over the world.
