伴随现代工业管理和科学管理方法的发展,飞机维修生产计划控制管理也在航空运输业发生日新月异的飞速发展,并随实践经验的总结,在航空运输业中占有重要的地位。随着欧美国家经济的逐步复苏,国内各航空公司的不断加速建设,新的民营、地方航空公司的成立,国内国外市场竞争可谓白热化。根据各航空企业自身的实际情况,逐步优化目前的飞机维修生产计划控制管理的相关体系,进而完善目前可用资源、充分保证维修质量、降低维修成本、提升生产计划控制管理水平、提高维修生产效率,是目前各大航空企业需要解决的难题之一。本文通过紧密结合东方航空公司生产计划控制管理为实例,主要从维修方案、生产任务安排两个重点方面采用合理的成本优化模型进行优化,通过真实案例的优化前后成本比较,使优化方案具有可行性。以此来逐步将生产计划管理体系做到更加科学、规范、合理,进而来不断提高东方航空公司飞机维修生产计划控制管理的整体水平,提高东方航空的总收益,加速步入世界一流的航空企业之列。
