研究了含硼不锈钢经不同固溶工艺处理后组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的变化规律。根据Themo-calc软件计算结果,显示硼化物具有较高的热稳定性。结果表明:含硼不锈钢经不同固溶工艺处理后硼化物的析出数量基本保持不变。试验得到含硼不锈钢理想的热处理工艺为:1100℃固溶保温1 h后水淬,其力学性能和耐蚀性能相对较优。原因是晶界上大量堆积的大块状硼化物数量减少,形成小块状和点状均匀分布。
The changes of microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of boron-containing stainless steel treated by different solution methods were studied. Calculated according to Themo-calc software results show that the boride has high thermal stability. The results show that the amount of boride precipitated in the stainless steel containing boron is basically the same after being treated by different solution processes. The ideal heat treatment process for the boron-containing stainless steel obtained by the experiment is as follows: water quenching at 1100 ° C for 1 h and its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are relatively superior. The reason is that a large amount of massive bulk borides on the grain boundaries decrease in amount and form small patches and point-like uniform distribution.
