本文以显微硬度,量测局部变形、x线劳埃照相、金相和电子显微镜方法研究了Al-3.8%Cu合金在淬火、形变、时效、再形变、再时效的过程中,合金内部的显微硬度和组织结构变化。实验证明,合金内部存在强、弱区域的转化,利用二次形变时效工艺,可使内部各区域得到比较均匀的强化。强化均匀性的原因在于形变的均匀分布,使沿滑移带优先析出的强化相分布均匀化。
In this paper, the effects of quenching, deformation, aging, reformation and re-aging of Al-3.8% Cu alloy were investigated by means of microhardness, measurement of local deformation, X-ray photoelectrography, metallography and electron microscopy. Internal microhardness and organizational changes. Experiments show that there are strong and weak alloy transformation within the region, the use of secondary deformation aging process, the internal regions can be more evenly enhanced. The reason for the enhanced homogeneity is the uniform distribution of the deformation, and the uniformization of the reinforcing phase preferentially precipitated along the slip band.
