晶体前膜形成是后房型人工晶体植入术后较为严重的并发症,它是宿主对植入的人工晶体的排斥反应,是单核巨噬细胞系统的作用。本文对晶体前膜形成的病因和治疗进行分析。认为治疗的关健在于运用5-氟脲嘧啶,抑制细胞的有丝分裂,从而抑制晶体前膜的形成。
Anterior lens membrane formation is a more serious complication after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. It is a rejection reaction of the host to the implanted intraocular lens and is a function of the mononuclear macrophage system. This article analyzes the etiology and treatment of pre-crystalline membrane formation. It is considered that the key point of treatment is the use of 5-fluorouracil, which inhibits cell mitosis and thus inhibits the formation of anterior lens membranes.
