党的十七届四中全会对加强和改进新形势下党的建设作出全面部署,审议通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》,是指导当前和今后一个时期党的建设的纲领性文件。前不久,省委召开省委常委会(扩大)会议专题学习贯彻十七届四中全会精神,卫留成书记在会上强调指出,全省各级领导干部、各级党组织要把学习贯彻全会精神作为当前的头等政治任务,不能走过场,要与本部门本单位工作实践相结合,把握精神实质,推进各项工作。特此,本刊从本期开始推出“学习贯彻十七届四中全会精神”专栏。
