据笔者了解,目前有相当部分企业,改制后只重生产,抓效益,忽视了思想政治工作。有的企业把一些素质好,有一定工作能力的政工干部撤换掉,使思想政治工作处于空档;有的企业虽设有政工科室,但政工人员待遇低、工资少,且一人多业,使政工干部根本发挥不了作用。究其原因:一是认识问题,有些企业领导有单纯经济观点,认为政工不出产品。不见效益。二是有的单从减员增效出发,保留重要科室、人员(如生产、销售)。把政工、工会等组织撤掉,充实生产一线。三是有些政工人员素质较差,思想政治工作没特色。四是
