Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) has a direct injury to multiple organs such as gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney and brain, resulting in a marked increase in animal mortality. At present, little is known about the mechanism of its injury. Some people think that the role of endotoxin produced by bacteria is similar.
