目的 为减小水中碘测定误差,提高试验的精确性。方法 利用碘化物对砷-铈氧化还原反应的催化作用进行分光光度法测定。结果 若取水样10ml,最低检测浓度为1μg/L,碘浓度在 0~10μg/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数=-0.9997,回收率范围92.0%~104.0%,平均回收率98.8%,变异系数=1.22%,标准偏差为0.071μg/L,精密度与准确度均符合要求。一定浓度的多离子复杂反应体系不干扰测定结果。本法与国标法实验结果比较差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论 操作及计算简便,吸光度达到适合比色范围,可推广应用。
The purpose is to reduce the error of determination of iodine in water and improve the accuracy of the test. Methods The catalytic effect of iodide on arsenic - cerium redox reaction was determined by spectrophotometry. Results If the water sample was 10ml, the lowest detection concentration was 1μg / L and the iodine concentration was in the range of 0 ~ 10μg / L. The correlation coefficient was -0.9997 and the recovery ranged from 92.0% to 104.0%. The average recoveries 98.8%, coefficient of variation = 1.22%, standard deviation 0.071μg / L, the precision and accuracy are in line with the requirements. A certain concentration of multi-ion complex reaction system does not interfere with the determination results. There is no significant difference between the results of this method and the national standard method (P> 0.05). Conclusion The operation and calculation are simple and the absorbance is suitable for the colorimetric range, which can be popularized and applied.
