As a progressive state of political life in human society, political civilization refers to the rationality of people’s political life in contemporary society. Today, the implementation of the rule of law is undoubtedly an important part of the construction of socialist political civilization. As one of the focal points of the modernization of legal system, the development of lawyer system is a powerful impetus to the progress of political civilization.
