手术切除仍是目前直肠癌治疗的主要手段，而治疗失败的原因主要是术后复发。一般根治性切除术后平均复发率约30％。我院1984年1月～1994年6月共收治直肠癌根治术后3～24月内局部复发者14例，其中外院术后复发2例。本文就此14例从临床、病理及手术方式等方面分析影响复发的原因?
Surgical resection is still the main method for treatment of rectal cancer. The main reason for treatment failure is postoperative recurrence. The average recurrence rate after general radical resection is about 30%. In our hospital from January 1984 to June 1994, 14 cases of local recurrence were treated within 3 to 24 months after radical resection of rectal cancer, of which 2 cases recurred after surgery in the external hospital.
