随着世界各国对于平等教育和民主化教育的不断追求,一种先进的教育理念和思想——全纳教育发展日渐成熟。实施全纳教育模式对于提高国民素质和培养优秀人才具有重要作用。幼儿教育作为基础教育的基础,实施全纳教育则以培养全纳教育视野下的幼儿教师为主。本文在介绍全纳教育涵义及理念的基础上,对全纳教育视野下的幼儿教师素质要求进行分析,并就如何提升全纳教育视野下的幼儿教师素质提出了相应的建议对策。
With the continuous pursuit of equal education and democratization education in all countries in the world, an advanced educational concept and ideology - the development of inclusive education is gradually maturing. The implementation of the Inclusive Education Model plays an important role in raising the quality of the people and in training outstanding talents. Preschool education, as the foundation of basic education, and the implementation of inclusive education are mainly preschool teachers under the perspective of inclusive education. On the basis of introducing the connotation and concept of inclusive education, this article analyzes the requirements of kindergarten teachers in the perspective of inclusive education and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers in the perspective of inclusive education.
