本研究采用免疫毒理学方法,观察了孕鼠染砷对仔鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示,染砷各组新生仔鼠体砷含量明显增加;0.75mgAs/kg剂量组仔鼠外周血淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)阳性率已显著降低,4.50mgAs/kg剂量组仔鼠血清溶血素水平亦显著下降。说明砷可经母体作用于胚胎,影响胎儿出生后免疫功能的发育。
In this study, immunotoxicology was used to observe the effects of arsenic in pregnant mice on immune function of offspring. The results showed that the arsenic content in neonatal offspring of arsenic-treated groups increased significantly. The positive rate of ANAE in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the offspring of 0.75mgAs / kg group was significantly lower, and the dose of 4.50mgAs / kg Serum hemolysin levels were also significantly decreased. Shows that arsenic can act on the mother by the mother, affecting the development of fetal immune function after birth.
