0级数显式轨距尺的研制将包括数显式电子测量模块研制、尺身机械结构设计两部分。数显式电子测量模块负责长度和超高的高精度数值采样、计算处理和显示,保证测量的稳定性、准确性。尺身机械结构负责提供合理可靠的测量机构以及对电子模块的固定和防护,保证机械强度、机构耐用性和尺身绝缘。
The development of 0 level digital gauge will include the development of digital electronic measuring module and the design of mechanical structure of the ruler. Digital electronic measuring module is responsible for length and high precision numerical sampling, calculation and display, to ensure the stability and accuracy of measurement. The mechanical structure of the ruler is responsible for providing a reasonably reliable measuring mechanism as well as the fixing and protection of the electronic module, ensuring mechanical strength, durability of the mechanism and the insulation of the ruler.
