传统的在磁铁几何中心平面上测量单一z分量的方法,对比较复杂的场形很难据以求得高准确度的磁场空间分布。沿磁场空间的一条封闭边界线测量磁场的诸分量(简称边值测量)可以准确地求出域内的磁场分布。本文叙述了利用霍尔法进行边值测量的装置和方法,比较详细地叙述了测量数据的处理。归一化场值的测量准确度为±1×10~(-3*)。用本测量结果计算出的归一化场空间分布比用传统方法的测量结果(准确度也以±1×10~(-3)计)算出的要准确一个数量级。
The traditional method of measuring a single z-component on the geometrical center plane of the magnet makes it difficult to obtain the spatial distribution of the magnetic field with high accuracy for more complex field shapes. The measurement of the magnetic field components along a closed boundary in the magnetic field space (referred to as the edge value measurement) can accurately determine the distribution of the magnetic field in the domain. This article describes the use of Holzer method for measuring the value of the device and method, a more detailed description of the measurement data processing. The normalized field measurement accuracy is ± 1 × 10 ~ (-3 *). The spatial distribution of normalized field calculated with this measurement is an order of magnitude more accurate than that calculated with the conventional method (with an accuracy of ± 1 × 10 -3).
