针对3#竖炉成品球团矿含粉率较大、倒运费用较高的问题,通过在带冷机下增加一台溜筛,并合理设计筛孔形状及尺寸,选择合适的溜筛角度,使成品球团矿含粉率由原来的4.5%以上降到3%以下,满足了高炉生产要求,同时减少了倒运费用。
Aiming at the problem that the content of powder in 3 # vertical shaft finished pellet is high and the cost of unloading is relatively high, a suitable slip-screening angle is selected by adding a slip-sieve under a belt cooler and designing the mesh shape and size rationally. The finished pellet ore powder rate from the original 4.5% to 3% below, to meet the blast furnace production requirements, while reducing the cost of unloading.
