本文基于对个性化教学内涵的理解,结合大学一年级英语学习特点对大学一年级的个性化英语教学从以下三方面进行了探讨:个性化课程设置、个性化教、个性化学。提出在大学一年级英语的课程设置上给与学生更多的自主选择权;在大学一年级学生的英语个性化教学过程中,教师对于学生要加强英语学习模式转变的引导,帮助其适应新的个性化教学模式并意识到自身的主体学习地位,实现个性化的学与个性化的教相互配合与促进。
Based on the comprehension of the connotation of individualized teaching and the characteristics of first-year college English learning, this paper explores the first-year personalized English teaching in college from the following three aspects: individualized curriculum, personalized teaching and personalized chemistry. The author proposes that students should be given more choices of autonomy in the first-year college English curriculum. In the process of English individualized teaching for freshmen, teachers should guide students to change the mode of English learning and help them to adapt to the new Personalized teaching model and aware of its own main body learning status, to achieve personalized learning and personalized teaching and mutual cooperation and promotion.
