胡蜂蛰伤为常见疾病,以每年4-11月份为高发期。胡蜂蛰伤后可引起局部或全身反应,以蛰伤身体暴露的四肢、头面部多见[1],轻者出现皮肤红肿疼痛、瘙痒,少数有水泡及坏死。严重者还有面部浮肿、呼吸困难、喉头水肿,过敏性休克及昏迷,如果未及时正确救治处理,可合并多器官功能障碍综合征[2]。我科对26例胡蜂蛰伤患者采用丹参联合利多卡因外敷于患处,效果满意,现报道如下。1临床资料我院2014年1月-2014年12月收治52例胡蜂蛰伤患者,
