通过调查了解甘肃省油菜主产区油菜的品种、类型及加工工艺并按照国家标准方法分析测定了各地菜籽饼代表性样品中异硫氰酸盐及口恶唑烷硫酮的含量，得出我省主要地区菜籽饼含毒量的结果，并依据国家饲料卫生标准对菜籽饼品质及在畜禽日粮中的应用做出了评估。
By investigating the varieties, types and processing techniques of rapeseed in the main producing areas of Gansu Province, the content of isothiocyanates and oxazolidinethione in representative samples of rapeseed cakes were analyzed and determined in accordance with the national standard methods. Rapeseed cake in major areas in our province, the results of toxic content, and in accordance with national standards for feed hygiene rapeseed cake quality and application in livestock and poultry to make an assessment.
