目的:应用酵母双杂交技术筛选获得与核因子κB(NF-κB)p50亚基同源结构域(RHD)相互作用的多肽.方法:应用酵母双杂交技术,以NF-κB p50 RHD为诱饵,筛选16肽cDNA文库,寻找与其相互作用的多肽,应用β-gal试验、酵母交配试验及一对一酵母回复性杂交等方法筛除假阳性克隆,确定阳性克隆.结果:经酵母双杂交及反复的排查,共获得8个阳性克隆.通过GenBank进行检索,未发现与之相匹配的蛋白序列.结论:获得8个与NF-κB p50 RHD相互作用的新型多肽,多肽的功能需进一步验证.
